Hi Everyone,

The Village Square Leisure Centre Spring Program Guide is out now—you can find it attached to this post. More Dancepl3y, Drumming, water polo, Qigong, and other fitness and recreation classes are available. And if you have a fee assistance card, your first class of the year will be 75% off!

Did you know that Meals on Wheels provides nutritious meals to ANYONE in Calgary? And that if you have a lower income, two meals a day, for a whole week, might only cost you $60 total? And that they are able to work with food allergies?

Meals on Wheels is also always looking for volunteers, so if you have access to a vehicle, you can help support getting this good food to people.

For more information about Calgary Meals on Wheels, check out:

CASS has free tickets (Thursday only) for the Calgary Home and Garden Show at the reception desk. The show runs March 1-4 at the BMO centre. If you can’t make it on Thursday, regular admission is $16.

Also, The CASS CVITP Tax Program opens on February 26th. Please contact the CASS Resource Facilitator at if you need a taxpayer information package to fill out, want to book an appointment, or have any other questions regarding the mechanics of the program. Appointment times are available throughout March and April, but we request that appointments are booked by March 15th. If an appointment does not work for you, we still offer drop-off tax preparation and filing, these packages will need to be in to the Resource Facilitator by April 10.
