Hi Everyone,

As of July 22 there will be changes to Calgary Transit Access which they believe will help reinforce the timeliness of the service. You (or whoever’s phone number Access has on file for you) will receive a call approximately 8 minutes before your vehicle arrives. You can update the number they have on file for you by selecting option “4” when you call them at 403-537-7777. If you have any questions or comments about this change, that same number will lead you to someone you can talk to.
