Hi Everyone,

The Spinz-a-round food program every Tuesday at CASS will be on hold over the holidays, as the warehouse that we get the food from is closed. Please note that Tuesday December 5 will be the last day that the program runs in 2017, and it will start back up again on January 9. If you need access to free food in the meantime, AHS has a list of food banks and resource centres to help you. Please see http://www.acadsa.ca/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/Free-Food-in-Calgary-September-2016.pdf to find out where you can go.

CASS has  free 2-week passes to GoodLife Fitness centres which expire on December 15, 2017, as well as 2-for-1 general admission tickets to Cineplex Odeon theatres which expire on December 10th.  Please contact me soon to get yours, as they will go fast.

Have you signed up for FREE Bowling at SAIT on Monday December 11 yet? CASS has rented the bowling alley from 1-2pm, for a fun, laid-back activity. You will need to sign up in order to attend by calling reception at (403) 283-0611, or emailing reception@c-a-s-s.org. Please let reception know if you will need elevator access to attend, there is a large flight of stairs to get down to the bowling alley, and we need to inform them in advance if we need access to the elevators.
