It's been a busy week for training at CASS.

We have added a brand new course titled Values Based Practice which is now mandatory for all CASS employees.

We have also opened up our online training for Occupational Health and Safety, Values Based Practice, and Medication Assistance to non-CASS employees, such as sub-contractors, and respite providers.

For those of you needing to fullfill CASS training requirements, but without a personal login and password to access staff resources on thie website, you may now access our online training

Please note that CASS Employees must log in to the CASS website using their personal login and password and access online training under "Staff Resources". The training page linked to above is strictly for non-CASS employees.

Good luck with your studies!

Thank you to Mr. Kevin Haughton and the Renfrew Insurance team in Calgary. Renfrew Insurance provides CASS employees with their insurance benefits needs. Renfrew contributed a donation of $500.00 to our CASS Client Christmas Hampers Initiative.

Including Renfrew Insurance’s donation of $500.00, the staff of Calgary Alternative Support Services raised $4000.00 which went to support 45 CASS clients to have a merrier Christmas this year.

Thank you and congratulations to all the staff who raised funds; thank you also to the Hamper Committee who did an amazing job shopping and preparing the hampers.
