Calgary Alternative Community Link

Our Vision
A community where every person living in continuing care is meaningfully connected, included, and empowered to participate fully in community life, experiencing dignity, choice, and a strong sense of belonging regardless of ability or circumstance.

What Do We Offer?
Calgary Alternative Community Link (CACL) supports individuals living in continuing care to stay connected to their communities and live meaningful, engaged lives.

When individuals are able to go out, staff support participation in activities such as visiting libraries, recreation centres, cultural spaces, and community events, as well as everyday outings like shopping, appointments, and social experiences.

When leaving the home isn’t possible, we bring the community to the individual through inclusive, in-person experiences, such as small group activities, arts and cultural programming, relationship-building visits, and supported virtual participation.

Staff focus on building independence and encouraging participation, while ensuring services remain accessible and flexible.
